Getting
started:
We can ride together, meet and discuss,
or simply consult over the telephone
if that’s more convenient to
you. We can informally discuss some
training tips and share some professional
experiences that have helped me over
my career. If we meet I can evaluate
form and technique.
Designing
a training program:
After we’ve explored your present
strengths and goals, we’ll set
challenging, but reachable, targets
based on what you want to accomplish,
and together we’ll create a
training program to get you to the
next level.
Weekly
follow-up/Evaluation:
Minimum 1x week review of training
by e-mail + 1x month phone contact.
We can also schedule individual/group
training sessions.
Individual &
Group Training Sessions
Individual:
We can meet for an individual training
session. During our initial phone
contact we can discuss what you would
like to learn from the session. I
will evaluate form and technique and
cover topics from training zones to
professional experiences and stories.
Group
Learn teamwork styles such as Paceline
Formation, Team Time Trial Techniques,
and Team Race Tactics.
At home
Do you have a busy schedule, want more
convenience, or just prefer the privacy
of your own home to workout?
We can schedule an individual spin at
home session. I provide the bike and
other equipment for stretching and back/abdominal
work along with the training plan and
guidance.
